A New School Year- A Chance For A New Beginning

Today across the Untied States, most kids are heading back to school.  Tomorrow hubby and I will be taking our youngest to Phoenix to start his freshman year at Grand Canyon UniversitySo. Having raised three children , I am now ready to be an empty nester.  The two older children graduated from college already.  I  can't help but think about the many hours spent reading to my children at an early age.  To set children up for success, they need to be read to, as early as possible.  This help  them develop a love affair with reading.  Research has shown that a child who can't read by 3rd grade will not complete high school.

I think children should be exposed to a variety of reading materials .  This is why I have written several books on different topics.  I also believe children, should be given the opportunity to learn a foreign langauge as early as kindergarten.  So, again, this is why my children's books are written in English, French, and Spanish with all three texts on each page. I wrote the books from the perspective of a parent in search for quality books in a foreign language that will not cost too much.  One book with three languages for one low price.
MY FIRST PUBLISHED BOOK BASED ON MY LIFE!

THIS BOOK MADE ME AN AWARD-WINNING AUTHOR!

COMING SOON!

This new school year, you have a chance for a new beginning by enrolling your child in either French or Spanish.  Many public schools are now offering dual language instruction.  When my kids were young, this was not available.  If you have school aged children, I encourage you to check into getting your kids in a dual language school. Imagine , the possiblities, being that our world is becoming more , and more global.

Let's turn this new school year into a chance for a new beginning!
